YOU MUST HAVE 1 YEAR MINIMUM CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE.

Experienced Call Center Representatives- No Sales

Currently seeking a Call Center Representative to fill a position with an inbound call center in MD. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of Call Center experience and will be passionate about providing an ideal customer experience.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

  • Answer inbound phone calls and give information regarding state programs.
  • Update customer and account information as needed.
  • Respond promptly to customer needs.
  • Solicit customer feedback to improve service.
  • Handle general customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Perform other call center duties as needed.

Requirements of the Customer Representative Inbound

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of Call Center experience
  • Ability to understand customer needs and find the best solution to customer problems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and interact well with others
  • Company will supply equipment
  • Ability to problem solve, prioritize and multi-task
  • Must be flexible, reliable and available for occasional overtime as needed
  • Highspeed internet must be provided

Schedule

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Training Hours:

  • 9:30am to 5pm Monday- Friday

Work Hours:

  • Flexible Part-Time work schedule
  • You choose your schedule with a minimum of 16 hours to a maximum of 28 hours a week.
  • Monday is a MANDATORY 8-hour workday.
