Symphony Placements Announces New Information Technology Staffing Division January 2016.

Wanda Smith, CEO and Marta Chavatel VP are pleased to introduce Richard McClearn to lead this new division.

Richard brings nearly 30 years of information technology expertise to Symphony Placements.  Richard is a trusted and valued IT Integrator and Service Provider in the Maryland DC Region.  Richard has owned and operated his own IT Firm and has hired many IT professionals over the past 20 years.  Understanding how technology has evolved is critical in creating staffing solutions for clients. Since selling his firm, Richard has held positions as Vice President for several IT firms in the Baltimore Metropolitan area.

Richard’s role at Symphony Placements will be expanding and growing Symphony’s IT staffing and services practice.  Richard believes that the keys to his success at Symphony will be tied to how he executes his “how to go to business strategy”.  First establishing Strategic partnerships with some of his friends and comrades in the Information Technology integration, consultant and solution providers businesses from which he has excelled at and enjoyed for the last 30 years.  Secondly positioning Symphony to be able to prime many of the Staff Augmentation and Technical Consultant services contracts that are available with many of our clients in state, local and education and commercial space.
